Return Guarantee Value-Added Service

The return guarantee value-added service offered by Closet Shoe Storage is a paid service designed to improve customers' shopping experience by addressing unreasonable returns, in compliance with platform rules and/or legal regulations.

Applicable Scenarios

This service applies to cases where consumers refuse to accept or request a return for reasons unrelated to product quality. Non-quality-related reasons include:

  1. The consumer no longer needs or likes the product for personal reasons;
  2. The consumer is dissatisfied with the size, material, color, etc., of the received product.

Required Documents for Claim Application

Please provide the following documents to apply for compensation:

  1. Screenshots of communication records with Closet Shoe Storage staff;
  2. Proof that can verify the returned package information;
  3. Screenshot of the order refund on the Closet Shoe Storage platform.

Exemption Scenarios

For products participating in the return guarantee value-added service, compensation will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. The consumer engages in intentional fraud or false claims;
  2. The consumer places an order incorrectly or provides incorrect shipping information, leading to a return;
  3. The absolute value of the same order amount exceeds $30 (subsequent adjustments will be made based on actual business conditions, please refer to announcements on the Closet Shoe Storage platform).

Claim Process

1. Return

Please return the product to the designated return address of Closet Shoe Storage and ensure that:

  1. The return package includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.;
  2. The items in the package are consistent with the original order and in good condition.

2. Initiate a Claim

Consumers should initiate a claim within the valid claim period and provide the following information:

  1. Provide all information as stipulated in Section 4, Item (c);
  2. Provide the relevant information of the returned package within 7 calendar days after shipping the return, but no later than 2 business days after delivery;
  3. The submitted information must match the order information of Closet Shoe Storage and be true, complete, and valid.

3. Review

  1. If there are any doubts about the submitted information, consumers will be required to resubmit or supplement the information;
  2. If the submitted information does not match the order information or is found to be false, the compensation claim will be rejected;
  3. If the items in the returned package do not match the original order or are damaged, the compensation claim will be rejected.

4. Compensation

Upon approval of the review, and once the returned package is properly delivered to the designated return address, compensation will be processed promptly.
